long time no post.

good news though, summer is less than 16 hours away, and i am so excited. only good things can happen and i'm so ready.

busy summer, i'm going to be gone a lot.  not a bad thing, sticking around shreveport too much can really drive just about anyone crazy.  taking a break from everything--studying, worry, stress, boys. 

camp counseling, vacations, road trips.  summer is in the air children, and i am smiling.

strange nostalgia ensues as i listen to 'the freshmen'.

so i have finally decided to finish up my sledge paper, which technically was due about a week ago.  i promise im not THAT much of a slacker though, because she told us that we could turn it in this week at any point.  i've just been soooo tired this whole week because of AP studying, so it's kind of taken a bite out of other subjects.

i'm really excited about this weekend, friday is the 6 pack deep show and saturday is prom!  hopefully i'll be able to cram in all of the studying i need to do to make up for a couple of math tests i've pushed off taking, i hope evans doesn't kill me.

hope boys treat me well this weekend, i would like to enjoy a bit of male company, if you know what i mean.  ;)

hello all.

coffeehouse had a really good run saturday night too, and the night ended up pretty well.  katie and i got a lot of good feedback on our performance, and everyone else did great too.  i'm glad i did the show.

my dad came out to see me play, which made me happy.  he called me later that night and told me he was really proud of me, i hadn't heard him say that in a long time.

snow's house was fun, lots of random people showed up.  i liked it best when it was just snow, kovalsky and i, kicking back some beers and watching old episodes of 'batman' in the garage. 

this week's gonna be a crunch--i have two tests to make up in math and a sledge report due tomorrow.  guess i should start working on it, although i doubt i'll actually have it ready by tomorrow.  prom is saturday though, and i'm going with the one and only ross zahn.  there's a lot to look forward to in that night.

didn't suck today, it was rather grand if you ask me.  everyone sounded wonderful and i was soooo happy being able to be part of the show.
